Meditation Library

Have you had an interest in meditation but don’t know where to start? If you can breathe, you can meditate. I’ll guide you through a few simple meditations to get you started. Note: “simple” does not mean “easy.” Remember: meditation is a practice. There might be days where tuning in and settling feels more accessible than others. Even those of us who have been practicing for years have this experience!
